Sign up with your email or a social account. A unique US warehouse address (e.g. 123 Logistics Blvd, Suite US-XXXXXX, Newark NJ 07102) is assigned to your account automatically. You can find it anytime under My Address.
Shipping cost is the actual FedEx international rate for your package's dimensions and weight — we pass it through at cost with zero markup. A small platform fee covers handling, photo documentation, and storage. You'll see an itemised quote before you pay — no surprises.
FedEx international delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination. Once your shipment label is created, FedEx will send you tracking updates directly so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We cannot ship dangerous goods (lithium batteries above airline limits, flammable liquids, aerosols), firearms, ammunition, live animals, perishable food, or any items prohibited by FedEx or the destination country's customs authority. When in doubt, contact us before purchasing.
Your Suite ID is a unique 6-character code (e.g. US-4K9MX2) that identifies your account at our warehouse. When shopping at US stores, enter your full forwarding address including your Suite ID so we know which package belongs to you the moment it arrives.
Package consolidation is not supported at this time. Each package is forwarded individually. This keeps your shipping timeline predictable — we ship each package as soon as you pay, rather than waiting for others to arrive.
Once you pay for shipping, FedEx takes over. They'll email you a tracking number and send updates at each scan. You can also track your shipment directly on the FedEx website using that number. Your current package status is also visible in your dashboard.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe Checkout — a PCI-compliant hosted payment page. Your card details never touch our servers. We use HTTPS across all services and Stripe's fraud detection on every transaction.
